Pirates Bay Waterpark is proud to support our local Baytown and greater Houston community. We welcome donation requests from a wide range of causes—from national charities to local events and nonprofit initiatives.

To be considered, all requests must be submitted via U.S. mail (no walk-up solicitations, faxes, phone calls, or emails) on your organization’s official letterhead. Please include:

• A copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter

• Your organization’s federal tax ID number

Please allow 3 weeks for us to review and respond to your request.

Eligible Causes Must Be:

• Non-profit

• Charitable in nature

Unfortunately, We Are Unable to Support:

• Semi-professional athletic sponsorships

• Scholarships

• Requests benefiting individuals

• Events for other for-profit companies

• Political candidates, parties, or issues

• Homeowners associations or athletic clubs

• Non-charitable nonprofit organizations

• Independent film or video productions

• Beauty pageants

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we regret that we are not able to fulfill or respond to every submission. If your request is selected, we will notify your organization by mail as promptly as possible.
