Please Note: Private Events are subject to availability, and reservations must be made ten (10) days in advance.

Private Events start at $4,200/hr +tax with a minimum 2-hour reservation.
All bookings come with exclusive use of the waterpark for up to 500 scallywags.
Advance reservations are required, and availability is limited—so don’t wait too long to hoist yer sails!
Private Events are available anytime outside public operating hours within the season.

Example: A Full Park Private Event for 2 hours with 500 guests would cost ye $4,200.

Meal Vouchers

Meal Voucher options are available! Let us provide lunch for your students. Meal Vouchers must be included in advance with registration.

They include:

1 fountain drink, a small cookie, and choice of: 2 Large Slices of Pizza or Cheeseburger & Chips or 4 Chicken Tenders & Chips

Meal Vouchers	$14.95/voucher

Requirements and Policies

A 50% deposit (based on the estimated cost) is due at the time the reservation is made, with final payment due 10 business days prior to your scheduled visit. The deposit is fully refundable sixty (60) days prior to the event, 50% refundable thirty (30) days prior to the event, and non-refundable less than 30 days prior to the event. No payments will be accepted the day of the event.

Inclement Weather

In the event that inclement weather prevents the park from hosting your event, Pirates Bay will work with your group to reschedule the event. If inclement weather causes the park to close prior to completing at least 75% of the scheduled time of your event, Pirates Bay will choose from the following options in order to accommodate your group:

(a) Prorate the total cost of the event

accordingly or

(b) reactivate group tickets to be used anytime during the current season.
