General Admission Rules

All who enter Pirates Bay must follow the Code of Conduct:

• Ticket Validity: Each ticket grants ye access for the day or event ye’ve chosen. It cannot be exchanged for another day unless specified in our Refund Policy.
• Transfers & Resales: Tickets and passes are for the original buyer or recipient only. Reselling tickets or passes is strictly forbidden, lest ye face the wrath of the sea!
• Compliance: All guests must comply with park rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from the park without refund.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Keep the crew safe! Pirates Bay Waterpark is committed to creating a fun, safe environment for all guests.

• Supervision: Scallywags under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Ye can’t leave the little ones unattended or they’ll end up in the brig!
• Safety Rules: Guests must obey lifeguards and staff at all times. No running, pushing, or unruly behavior will be tolerated. Violators may be removed from the park.
• Proper Attire: All pirates must wear appropriate swimwear. No sharp objects, metal, or non-swimwear clothing are permitted on rides or in pools.
• Health Restrictions: Certain rides have height and health requirements. Pregnant pirates or those with medical conditions must follow ride restrictions.

Personal Belongings & Security

Mind yer loot! Pirates Bay Waterpark is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

• Lockers: Lockers be available for rent to keep yer treasures safe while ye enjoy the park. Use them, or risk losing yer doubloons!
• Prohibited Items: No outside alcohol, illegal substances, glass containers, weapons, or dangerous items be allowed on park grounds. Any contraband will be confiscated.
• Personal Responsibility: Ye enter the park at yer own risk. Pirates Bay Waterpark is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or theft. Travel smart, and protect yer valuables.

Photography & Media

We love sharing pirate adventures, but ye should be aware of the following:

• Guest Photos: By entering the park, ye agree that Pirates Bay may capture photos or videos of ye and yer crew for promotional purposes. If ye do not want to be featured, inform a crew member.
• Submissions: Any photos ye upload to our site or social media platforms may be used by Pirates Bay Waterpark for promotional purposes without compensation.

Ride & Attraction Availability

We aim to keep the adventure rolling, but sometimes the seas change course:

• Attraction Closures: Some rides or attractions may be closed due to maintenance, weather, or other reasons. No refunds will be issued for such closures unless specified.
• Weather Conditions: We can’t control the weather, even with the mightiest of pirate ships! Pirates Bay may close rides during severe weather conditions, following local safety regulations. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on weather-related refunds.

Our website is as much a treasure as the park itself, and yer use of it is governed by these rules:

• Accuracy of Information: We strive to keep all information on our website up-to-date, but errors can happen. Pirates Bay is not responsible for outdated information or inaccuracies.
• Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to other sites. We be not responsible for the content, services, or policies of third-party sites.

Legal Liability

Ye agree to hold harmless Pirates Bay Waterpark and its crew from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from yer visit or use of the website.

• Limitation of Liability: Pirates Bay Waterpark is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during yer visit, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
• Indemnification: Ye agree to indemnify and defend Pirates Bay Waterpark against any claims or legal actions brought against us by yer own actions or misbehavior.
